WeeFindPro Terms of Service
Provisional version — 2026-10-21-provisional
Effective: on publication
These Terms may be updated after a legal review; if they change, we will notify users before the new version takes effect.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and WeeFindPro ("WeeFindPro", "we", "us"), the operator of the WeeFindPro marketplace at weefindpro.com and in the WeeFindPro Android app (together, the "platform").
By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of these Terms.
2. What WeeFindPro is — and what it is not
WeeFindPro is an online marketplace. We provide the technology that lets clients find professionals, request a visit, pay the visit fee, talk through the chat and leave reviews, and that lets partners refer new clients.
- Professionals are independent. They are independent businesses or individuals. They are not employees, agents, contractors or representatives of WeeFindPro. Each professional decides whether to accept a request, sets their own visit fee and prices, and decides how to do the work.
- The service is provided by the professional. The agreement for a visit and for any work is between the client and the professional. WeeFindPro is not a party to it, except for our role in collecting the payment for the visit through Stripe, keeping our platform fee and paying the professional, as described in these Terms. We do not supervise, direct or guarantee the work.
- What we check. Our team reviews professional profiles and photos before they appear in search. Verification badges show only what they say — for example, that an e-mail address or phone number was confirmed. We do not check professionals' licenses, permits, insurance, qualifications or criminal records. Clients should make the checks they consider necessary before hiring.
- Where we operate. WeeFindPro is for services in the United States. Prices are in US dollars. Dates and times on the platform are shown and entered in US Eastern Time.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. We ask for your date of birth at sign-up.
- Give accurate, current and complete information, and keep it up to date. Use your own name; one person per account.
- Confirm your e-mail address. Professionals also confirm a phone number.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once at contact@weefindpro.com if you believe someone else has used it.
- Professionals must be legally allowed to work and to provide the services they offer, and must hold any license, permit, registration and insurance the law requires for those services where they work. Professionals are responsible for their own taxes.
4. The roles
- Client: a person who looks for professionals, sends requests, pays the visit fee and can review professionals.
- Professional: a person or business that offers services, answers requests, does visits and can send proposals for further work.
- Partner: a person who refers new clients to the platform and can earn a commission (Section 14).
5. Requests and visits
5.1 Sending a request
A client chooses a professional's service, answers the questions about the job, picks a date and time and a service address, and pays the total by card (Section 6). The request reaches the professional only after the payment is authorized. A request that is not paid within 24 hours, or whose chosen time passes before the payment is confirmed, is closed.
5.2 The professional's answer
- The professional has 24 hours after the payment is authorized to accept or reject the request. A request cannot be accepted after its scheduled time has passed.
- If the professional rejects the request, or does not answer in time, the authorization on the client's card is released and the client is not charged.
- When the professional accepts, the client's card is charged for the authorized amount.
5.3 Professionals who cannot receive online payments yet
If a professional has not finished setting up their payout account, the request is sent without charging any visit fee through the platform. Any visit fee the client and the professional then agree to pay directly is outside the platform, and the payment, cancellation and refund rules in these Terms do not apply to it.
5.4 Rescheduling
While a visit is accepted or in progress, either side can propose a new time; the other side can confirm or decline it, and the side that proposed it is told. A proposal that is not answered lapses at the time it proposed and can no longer be confirmed after that.
5.5 Completing a visit
The professional marks the visit as in progress and then as completed. If the professional does not mark it as completed, the visit is closed automatically when the professional is paid under Section 8.2, and the client is invited to leave a review.
6. Prices, fees and payment
- Visit fee: the price the professional sets for a visit. A professional has one visit fee for all of their services.
- Platform fee: our fee, a percentage of the visit fee that is added to it. The rate is currently 20%, unless a different rate applies to that professional. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
- Total: visit fee plus platform fee. The fee and rate in force at checkout are the ones that apply.
- Card only, through Stripe. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, Stripe places an authorization (a hold) on your card for the total; the card is charged only if the professional accepts. Your card may be saved with Stripe for later payments; you can remove saved cards in your account. Stripe e-mails you a receipt.
- The professional receives the visit fee; WeeFindPro keeps the platform fee.
- If our team changes the platform fee rate that applies to a professional, the professional is told, and the new rate applies to new requests.
7. Cancellations and refunds
These are the rules the platform applies. The app shows the outcome before you confirm a cancellation.
7.1 A client cancels before the professional accepts
The authorization on the card is released. Nothing is charged.
7.2 A client cancels after the professional accepts
- The platform fee is not refunded when a client cancels an accepted visit.
- Free cancellation deadline — the visit fee is refunded if you cancel before this deadline:
- 24 hours before the scheduled time, or 2 hours after the professional accepted, whichever is later — but never after the scheduled time;
- while the professional has proposed a new time that you have not answered yet, cancelling refunds the visit fee.
The app shows the deadline that applies to your visit.
- After the deadline you can still cancel, but the visit fee is paid to the professional and nothing is refunded.
- Once the professional has marked the visit as in progress, it can no longer be cancelled in the app. Contact support.
- Once the professional has been paid for the visit, or while that payment is being processed, it can no longer be cancelled in the app. Contact support.
7.3 A professional cancels
- A professional can cancel an accepted visit in the app until it is marked in progress and before they are paid for it. The client is refunded in full, platform fee included.
- After that, the professional must contact support. Our support can cancel the visit on the professional's behalf: the client is refunded in full, and if the professional was already paid, that payout is reversed from the professional's Stripe account.
7.4 When a professional cannot be paid
If a payout that is due cannot be sent because the professional's payout account cannot receive it, we hold it. If it is still blocked after 30 days, the client is refunded in full, platform fee included, and the professional is not paid for that visit.
7.5 How refunds are made
Refunds go back to the card used, through Stripe. A released authorization is not a charge. How quickly a refund or a release appears on your statement depends on your card issuer.
7.6 Problems with a visit
If a visit did not happen or something went wrong, contact support at contact@weefindpro.com as soon as possible — ideally before the professional is paid. We may look at the request, the payment records and the chat to understand what happened, and apply these rules. The professional remains responsible for the service.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable law.
8. Payouts to professionals
8.1 Your payout account
- Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. To receive them you must open a Stripe account through our onboarding and keep it in good standing. Payment processing services for professionals on WeeFindPro are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (together, the "Stripe Services Agreement"). By agreeing to these Terms or continuing to receive payouts, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as Stripe may modify it from time to time.
- As a condition of WeeFindPro enabling payouts through Stripe, you agree to give us and Stripe accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize us to share it, and transaction information about your use of Stripe's services, with Stripe.
- If your payout account has to be replaced, contact support. It cannot be replaced while a payout is being processed; once it is replaced, payouts not yet sent go to the new account.
8.2 What you receive and when
You receive the visit fee for the visit; WeeFindPro keeps the platform fee. The visit fee is transferred to your Stripe account:
- 48 hours after the later of (a) the moment you mark the visit as completed and (b) the scheduled time of the visit; or
- if you do not mark the visit as completed, 7 days after the latest of the scheduled time, your acceptance and any new time you proposed that is still pending. The visit is then closed as completed.
- When a client cancels after the free cancellation deadline (Section 7.2), the visit fee is transferred to you after the cancellation.
Stripe then pays out to your bank account on its own schedule. Any fee Stripe charges you directly under your agreement with Stripe is between you and Stripe.
8.3 When a payout is held
A payout is held while a client's chargeback on that visit is open (Section 9), while your payout account cannot receive it (Section 7.4), or while your account is deactivated (our team then reviews the visit).
8.4 Taxes
You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn. We or Stripe may ask for tax information where the law requires it.
9. Chargebacks
Clients: if something went wrong, please contact us first. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer (a chargeback):
- the professional's payout for that visit is held until the dispute is decided;
- if the card issuer decides in the client's favor, the professional is not paid for that visit, and a payout already made is reversed from the professional's Stripe account; any partner commission on the visit is cancelled;
- if the dispute is decided in favor of the charge, the payout is released.
10. Proposals for further work
- After accepting a visit, a professional can prepare a written proposal for further work through the platform. The client receives it as a PDF by e-mail and in the app.
- A proposal is valid for 2 days. The client can approve it, reject it, or ask for a revision — up to 2 revisions per proposal. The client can ask the professional to renew an expired proposal without using a revision.
- A professional can cancel a proposal, giving a reason that is kept on record. Proposals are cancelled automatically when their visit is cancelled.
- Payment for the work in a proposal does not go through WeeFindPro today. If you approve a proposal, the client and the professional agree the work and its payment directly. WeeFindPro charges no fee on proposals at present, is not a party to that agreement, and the payment and refund rules of these Terms do not apply to it.
11. Reviews and ratings
- After a visit is completed (including one closed automatically), the client can rate the professional from 1 to 5 stars, with a comment and the qualities they noticed. The professional can rate the client from 1 to 5 stars.
- Reviews of professionals are public on their profile, with the reviewer's first name. Ratings of clients are not public; professionals using the platform can see them.
- Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience of that visit. Do not offer or accept anything in exchange for a review, do not review yourself or a business you are connected to, and do not use reviews to threaten or pressure.
- You can edit or delete your own review. We may remove or edit a review that breaks these Terms or the law; our team records the reason. Otherwise we do not check whether reviews are accurate.
12. Chat and communications
- The chat opens when a professional accepts a visit and is for that visit. It stays readable afterwards; it closes for new messages when the visit is cancelled, and 7 days after the visit is completed.
- Messages that appear to contain a phone number or an e-mail address are flagged automatically. They are still delivered.
- Our support can read a conversation when needed to handle a complaint, a dispute, a safety concern or a legal request. Every such access is recorded.
- By using the platform you agree to receive the e-mails and in-app notifications the service needs, such as request updates, payment notices and unread-message notices. Text messages are used only to send the verification codes you ask for.
13. Acceptable use
You must not:
- give false information, impersonate anyone, or create an account for someone else without their authority;
- open more than one account to get around a suspension or our rules;
- use the platform for anything illegal, or to offer or request illegal services;
- harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse anyone, or send sexual, violent or hateful content;
- send spam, or use the chat or reviews to advertise unrelated services;
- post content you do not have the right to use, or photos of people without their permission;
- write fake reviews or manipulate ratings;
- make fraudulent payments, file chargebacks you know to be unfounded, or use someone else's card;
- in the partner programme, refer yourself, create fake referred accounts or make misleading statements;
- collect other users' personal information, or use it for anything other than the visit it was shared for;
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the platform, get around its security or access limits, or use automated means to access it without our written permission;
- use the platform in any way that harms WeeFindPro, other users or the public.
14. Partner programme
14.1 Joining
Anyone 18 or older can create a partner account. You tell us what kind of partner you are (currently real estate broker, condominium administrator or architect). You receive a referral code and a referral link.
14.2 How referrals count
- A person who opens your link gets a cookie on their device that keeps your code for 30 days. If they already carry another partner's code, the first one is kept. The code also appears in the sign-up form, where the person can change or remove it; the code submitted with the sign-up is the one that counts.
- A referral counts only when a new client account is created with your code in the United States market. Professionals' accounts and your own account never count. A referral is fixed when the account is created.
- There is currently no end date for a referral. If we introduce one, we will give notice before it applies.
14.3 What you earn
- A commission equal to a percentage of the platform fee on each visit payment made by clients you referred. The current rate is shown on your partner dashboard (currently 10% of the platform fee). We may change the rate; a change applies only to commissions recorded after it.
- No commission is earned on a visit whose professional is you — for example, a professional account with your e-mail address.
14.4 When a commission becomes payable
- A commission becomes payable 30 days after the professional is paid for the visit.
- If, before that, the client receives a refund that reaches the platform fee — for example a full refund, a cancellation by the professional or a chargeback decided in the client's favor — the commission is cancelled. A refund of only the visit fee does not cancel it.
- While a chargeback on the visit is open, the commission is held.
14.5 How commissions are paid
- Our team pays payable commissions in payout rounds. There is no fixed schedule.
- The minimum payout is US$10. A smaller balance carries over to a later round.
- When you first have a commission ready to be paid, we will contact you to arrange the payment method.
- There are no negative balances. A commission already paid is not changed automatically if the visit is refunded later; we may contact you to recover it or to offset it against future commissions.
- You are responsible for the taxes on your commissions. We may ask for tax information where the law requires it.
14.6 Suspension
We may suspend a partner account that breaks these Terms. While a partner is suspended or the account is deactivated, new sign-ups with that code are not credited and payable commissions are not paid; commissions already recorded keep their course and become payable again if the account is reinstated.
14.7 Conduct
Promote the platform honestly. Make clear that you are a WeeFindPro partner when you recommend it, do not send unsolicited bulk messages, do not make promises on our behalf or on behalf of professionals, and comply with the law. Partners are independent; they are not employees, agents or representatives of WeeFindPro.
15. Your content and our property
- Your content — profile information, photos, logos, service descriptions, proposals, reviews and messages — remains yours. You give WeeFindPro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, resize images), display and distribute it in order to run, show and promote the platform, for as long as it is on the platform and for as long afterwards as we need to keep it under our Privacy Policy.
- You confirm that you have the rights to the content you post, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
- Our property. The WeeFindPro name, logos, website, app, software and design belong to WeeFindPro or its licensors. You may use the platform only as these Terms allow; nothing in them transfers any of these rights to you.
16. Moderation, suspension and closing an account
- Our team reviews professional profiles and photos and may reject them, giving a reason. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.
- We may suspend or deactivate an account, or limit its use, if it breaks these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or a risk to other users, or if the law requires it. Where appropriate and lawful, we will tell you why.
- An account cannot be deactivated while it has an open visit or a payment in progress. Those are first settled under these Terms; we tell you which are open.
- You can close your account by writing to contact@weefindpro.com from the e-mail address of the account, or in your account settings where that option is available. The same rule about open visits and payments applies.
- After an account is closed you can no longer sign in. Your information is handled as our Privacy Policy describes. Obligations that arose before closing — for example payments, refunds, chargebacks and commissions — continue to apply.
17. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law:
- the platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors;
- we make no promise about the quality, safety, legality or timeliness of the services offered by professionals, the accuracy of profiles and reviews, or the conduct of any user;
- we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these exclusions; they apply to you only as far as the law allows.
18. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- WeeFindPro is not liable for the services, acts or omissions of professionals, clients or partners, or for damage to people or property arising from a visit or from work agreed between a client and a professional;
- WeeFindPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data;
- WeeFindPro's total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the platform fees you paid us for the transaction that gave rise to the claim.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
19. Your responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for, and will reimburse WeeFindPro for, losses and reasonable costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of the law or of someone else's rights, or — for professionals — the services you provide.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which the operator of WeeFindPro is organized, and by applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or the platform will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere — for example, in a small-claims court where you live.
Before going to court, please write to contact@weefindpro.com so we can try to solve the problem.
21. Changes to the platform and to these Terms
- We may change, add or remove features of the platform.
- We may update these Terms. Each version has a version identifier and an effective date at the top. We will notify you of material changes by e-mail or by a notice in the app before they take effect, except where a change is required sooner by law or to address a security risk. If you continue to use the platform after a change takes effect, the new version applies. If you do not agree with it, stop using the platform and close your account.
- A change does not affect visits, payments or commissions already under way, which follow the version in force when they started.
22. General
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it.
- You may not transfer your account or your rights under these Terms. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a reorganization, merger or sale of the business.
- These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the rules shown in the app at the moment of each action are the whole agreement between you and WeeFindPro about the platform.
- These Terms are available in English and Spanish.
